Regardless, we will provide training, vehicles, and support – you provide the professionalism and client focus!     Responsibilities:

    • Deliver safe, timely, and discreet transportation for our elite clientele.

    • Provide a client experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations.

    • Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or other items.

    • Research destinations and routes in advance to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and the appearance of expertise.

    • Use navigation tools and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to provide a smooth and stress-free environment.

    • Always maintain a professional demeanor, communication style, and appearance in company-approved attire (black suit, white dress shirt, dark tie, black socks, black dress shoes, and the feminine equivalents).

    • Use apps downloaded to your phone to initiate and send critical trip communications and updates.

    • Effectively communicate with dispatch and clients to address any concerns or special requests.

    • Keep our luxury vehicles impeccably clean and well-maintained (at no cost to you).

    Requirements and the Ideal Candidate:

    • At least 25 years old with reliable transportation to and from Downtown Cleveland.

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (CDL a bonus, but not required).

    • Drug-free, sober, and committed to a smoke-free and healthy work environment (testing required).

    • Strong understanding of Cleveland and the surrounding areas (roads, traffic, dining, entertainment, history, etc).

    • Familiarity with limousine or luxury vehicle operations and industry jargon a plus.

    • Customer-focused with a proven ability to be discreet, confidential, professional, and polished in presentation.

    • Comfortable working with technology (smartphones, navigation apps, etc).

    • Able to lift luggage (up to 70 lbs to at-least chest level) and assist with any other client items, within reason.

    • Willingness to bend, squat, reach, etc. to lightly spot-clean inside and out of the vehicle between each trip.

    • Availability to work some overnights, weekends, holidays, long-distance, or multi-day trips a plus.

    • Possess a great sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and sound judgment.

    • Able to be perceived as maintaining total composure in challenging or stressful situations.

    • Demonstrable intelligence with the self-awareness, humility, and willingness to still always learn and grow.

    • A commitment to providing unwavering service and a memorable, high-class experience.
